New clutch, vibration at idle?

I replaced my clutch a month ago due to excessive chatter. 98 4runner, 5VZ with 160k. I put in a new Brute Power(poo poo) flywheel and an Aisin clutch kit(clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing and pilot bearing). It still chattered, but less. I couldn't live with that so I had the old flywheel machined and put it in and it was fixed! Awesome. But now at 800 rpm, idle with a/c on, it vibrates at a low rumble. My cup holder goes crazy. When I get home and sit down I'm still vibrating! Its making me crazy! at 600rpm, idle with no a/c its smooth as butter. After 1000rpm its smooth as butter. Driving or stopped, it doesn't matter. I'm suspecting tranny mount? The reason is that it doesn't look right. Looking from the front, the mount looks ok(a little cracking, minor seperation) hovering in the middle, but looking from the rear the mount is almost touching(1/16") the base of the mount. Its like the mount is tilted. Anybody have any similar experience or knowledge to share? What does a good mount look like? Is it usually hovering close to the top of the center bolt?

Thanks, sorry for the rambling

Yotatech is awesome

I'm having a similar issue.

Just had the a/c compressor replaced and system charged.

Prior to the replacement, my little 22re purred like a kitten...

Now it runs very rough and even stalls out, when shifted to neutral, while coming to a stop.

Edit: Found this link w/ some pics... http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=486447 Gonna check it out after work this eve or manana.

Update
Clutch chatter came back. Its very minor and manageable but after all the work of dropping the tranny twice in my dirt driveway(pain in the ass) it should be perfect. I was meticulous in the process. So, I also replaced the engine and transmission mounts and the vibration and chatter persists. Could they be related? Engine performance issues? Leaky injector? Weak spark? A minor miss? No CEL but I dont have a scanner to see if there are any pending codes. Drive train issues? Tranny oil? driveshaft?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
