just ordered a new CB, the old one was starting to go bad. I got the Uniden Pro520 XL. size wise it should fit where the ash tray was, that was part of the reason i got it. I didnt need the weather features either, as my scanner picks up weather. it should be here by the end of the week.

When you go to install it, get a 90 degree adaptor for the antenna cable. You'll need it becaus space is tight.

i already have a 90 on the back of the current radio, as its mounted where the ash tray used to live.
