Need help getting badly breaking injector spacers/grommets out
Hey folks,
I'm in a bit of a situation, or atleast it feels that way. I have attempted to remove the injector spacer/grommet from the head on my '99 2.7L Tacoma and the little freakin things are breaking to smitherines. I have new ones to install and feel now that I shouldn't hafve touched them at all, but hindsight is always perfect.
Can someone please help? I have searched and have not found anything about this happening.
I might have even had a tiny piece of on fall in.
Thanks

I dont know about those spacers--but you could rotate the engine by hand until the exhuast valve opens and blow compressed air into the exhaust.
If you did that i would plug the exhaust and blow the air through the O2 sensor hole (so exhuast debris is minimized. Also remove the spark plug so you get alot of flow.
