Need help finding a tire

One of my tires has developed two large "bubbles" on the tread. I think this means the tread is about to come off. So i went shopping for another tire. I tried 4 different places, and none of them had my size tire, which is (255 70 r15) I don't know much about 4x4 tires, but it seems like this is a 31 inch tire. Where do i go to find a tire this size? Any good online places? btw, the tires that are on there now say "scop" "all-terrain" and "4x4" on it, and they're made in france. No luck finding that brand online. And if it matters, i have a 2nd gen 4 runner with the 3.0. thanks

im a tire technician and never heard of that tire... come to think of it, dont know any tires made in france.....

the size can easily be replaced... any tire company in your area should be able to get you any tire you want... if they cant get it, i would look elsewhere... at my work, we get the custoemr any tire they want, even if it isnt in stock... and if the company doesnt know where or how to get it, i would look elsewhere for someone that does

You're a tire tech and never heard of that size? Came as factory equipment on half the SUVs (and full size pickups too) for years, before the current trend of 16s and 17s tooks over. Or tires made in France? Never heard of Michelin?

Bobdole: Go to www.tirerack.com and put in that tire size and you will find that ever single manufacturer seems to have at least one or two tires in that size, including LT rated tires. No shortage of 255/70R15 out there.

I Stock A Couple Different Tires In That Size. I Think That The Other Guy Was Saying He Had Never Heard Of That Brand/type. Any Decent Tire Store Should Have P255/70r15's Of Some Sort.
Odds Are Nobody Will Have An All-terrain In That Size Though...
