Need Help! Can I Bypass the BVSV of a VAN LE 4YEC?

There are a few BVSV's in this engine I think my 85 3yec uses two. I think it will run but not very well. It is sending info to the ecu for the fuel injection. You might be able to find the part at a toyota dealer on the internet and have it shipped to you. I know in the US the BVSV's are dealer only parts. Hopefully someone will give a link to a dealer parts department.
