Need Help Asap

I know this is probably a stupid question, but I am trying to take off the wheels on my 89 4x4 and can't get them off. DO I need to pull that locking hub to get it off or is it just stuck?

Its just stuck, you can loosen the lugs a tiny bit and drive around to get the wheels off. I noticed stock rims are much much harder to take off and put on.

My truck was the same way when I bought it. All 4 were stuck solid! I took it to a tire shop and they took all the lug nuts off and then kicked the tires back and forth till they came off. Once they were off they cleaned up the hole where the hub goes through and put a little grease on it. Good luck!
