Angry Need help!!!!!!

I was going to pick up my toyota tonight. I just called the guy to let him know I would be there he informes me that the truck wont start. What now!!!! I have no luck with trucks! What could it be?
The truck is a v6 3.0. Are there problems with the 3.0's and the gas lines? Please help!!!!!!!!

The guys say's it's turning over but no gas is getting through.

I was buying the truck from him.
I was just wondering if there is a known problem
with the trucks.

There are lots of reasons for it to not start. Could be fuel pump, clogged fuel filter, bad distributer cap/rotor, fouled plugs, cold start injector, yadda yadda yadda.

I hope you didn't pay him already. Make him fix it before you buy.

The only really typical problem with that motor is faulty head gaskets. The not starting part is a sign of poor maintainence.

Good luck.

Nope i was gonna pay him tonight. He wont sell it to me till it's fixed. It's just a pain in the ass not having a truck to drive around. I trust the guy. He's a family friend. He's ging me a good deal on the truck. I'm hoping it's just a frozen gas line. I am in upstate NY and it's damn cold here!!!!!

Gas dosen't freeze very easily but its possible that you have water in the tank or fuel line. There's a product called Heet that will fix water in gas.
