NEED Help on 3RD GEN HVAC Issue

Has anyone done an R&R on the housing that the blower fan mounts to???
I have a '97 SR5 4X4
I need to remove and replace it and I'm having a lot of trouble!
So far I've completely removed the dash & pulled the blower fan, etc. and still can not figure out how to remove the white plastic box/housing that the fan mounts to.

I am also in need of the lower half of this housing if anyone has one out & in good condition.
