David,

I'm not a lawyer, but I play one on TV! (I always wanted to say that)

Well it really depends on the violation. Also, I really don't know the laws in your state, but check out http://www.nolopress.com. They put together some good legal self-help books. At the very least you should go to Barnes & Noble and check them out.

Good luck,
Bob

David.... The only way I can think of a way for you to get rid of your tickits is to pay the fines and then stop commiting the act that is causing you to receive these tickets.

this is wat you do bro. take traffic school if its still available to you. if not, try this, not sure if it works, but hey its worth a shot. so you get your fine amount and u send a check in for like a few bucks more than wats billed. the court receives the money, but hey, they were paid too much. uh-oh, looks like the court has to send u a check back for the amount over paid. so they send u the check... BUT dont cash it or deposit. just leave it. now that the check was cut but never cashed, the case is still open! so u wasted a few bucks to save urself rate hikes from ur insurance. after the case has been left open for a while, it will be purged from the system.

dunno if it works, but hey worth a shot.

that, or u fight the ticket and PRAY that the cop doesnt show!
