Need exact test specs for MAF sensor

I need some specs (voltage ohms) to test my MAF sensor on my 2000 4runner 3400 5vz engine. Already cleaned it but still throwing P0171 code. Got sketchy test procedure from a Chiltons book, need exact testing procedure. Anybody got that?

Thanks kball. Question: this spec page is for 2002, do you know for a fact that it's the same exact pins for 2000? Mine's a 2000.

Not sure on that. I know the 96-98's are the same. They changed in 99 and I'm not sure if it stayed the same through 02 or if they changed it again in 01. I'm sure someone on here knows...

Well I tested the MAF sensor and it tested good. Couldn't find anything else to test so took it in to a shop I like. Took him a while to troubleshoot since I told him the MAF tested good. Turns out it was the MAF sensor and all is good now.
