I need to add a 3rd row/rear facing seat in my 2000 4Runner. I’ve only seen pictures and have not actually seen one at a store or installed in a vehicle. I did a quick search on this site and didn't really find any specific suggestions or pics.

Are these things safe? Covered by your insurance? I know its not meant for adults, so it’ll just be for kids. I like how the ones made by Cerullo look like but they don’t have a quick release system in case I need to remove it for extra cargo space.

Any suggestions? I’ve searched the Internet and there seems to be other brands out there but not much choices when it comes specifically made for the 4Runner. Do you have one installed or know someone who does? Which one is it, by Steelhorse? At the Mart, KF (JC whit)? Have a Picture to post?

Is the Cerullo worth the extra $$$$, its like double the price of the other brands.

Yes! Too bad its tan, my interiror is gray. The knobs/wings on the bolts just gave me an idea, maybe I can do the same for what ever seat I get for a "quick release" mounting.
