Just the other day I flipped on my Hella's driving into work and they didnt' come on... First time for that. Anyways I flipped the switch a few times and they came on. After that first time of that they came on everytime. Then again today same thing I had to flick the switch 3 times before they came on. Seems like after once they are fine. I already checked the grounds, the fuse, the plugs on the relays, and the light in the switch isn't flickering or anything. Does anyone have a clue where the short may be? I wanna find it before I burn up some wiring or worse not be able to flash some jackass after he cuts me off!

 

It funny you should mention that but mine have been doing the exact same thing I think that it is probably due to moisture getting in to the relay, espescialy after all that mud and water we went through? that is what i am going to try when i get a bit of time
