Ha, thanks! Yeah, he was riding the trail with me that day....had to park alot more too! As for next on the list, I think the tjm and winch are next, since they will be back in stock soon, what do you guys think?

i think you should take a look at the Super Winches E.P. 9. THey have great line speed and i think they costs less. Thats what i run/used to run and even the warn guys thought it was a good winch--also think you should go with a TJM- T-15. Nice truck--good work

How about some larger flares to cover up that wheel offset or it'll murder the paint on the sides not too mention the rocks you'll throw at others behind you.

I'm not worried about my paint, the paint was dead when I got the truck with horrible scratches, dents, etc but I am concerned about hurling rocks at other peoples cars while on the highway....I looked into some bushwackers,in fact it was the first thing I wanted after the lift, but I only found them for $400 or so and couldn't justify spending that on flares when I needed many other things to make it better offroad. Surely someone knows where to get them for less.

I originally thought a TJM-15 as well, but the more I look at the 17's, the more I like them.

After the winch, I am going to finally regear to get back some of the power I have lost. I am leaning towards 4.88's, as i still need to drive this thing on the highway everyday and the interstate often, also my tranny is auto. Any suggestions?

the regearing would depend on the engine. if its a 3.4 i would go 4.88 (or 4.56 if you never plan on upping your tire size) if you're running the 2.7 4.88 at least or 5.29s if you plan on more weight and such

It's a 3.4, and the only thing weight wise I'm adding is a winch and rear/bumper tire carrier, so it sounds like 4.88 is what I want.....and upping my tire size is what I would like to do, not sure if it will ever be done, but I might as well do it to where I can if I ever decide to...thanks for the input, anyone else?

are you rubbing much with those tires? What gearing do you have in there now? I would think 4.56s would be better for a 33 inch tire. I have ran 4.56s on jeeps with 35s and it was about perfect.

Yeah, I am rubbing a little bit at full crank when turning, on an incline or decline, not level(its fine level). So a little more trimming is needed on my part.....but I am starting to agree, I am thinking what I have is fine, for now atleast. If i decide to do another inch or two of body lift and run 35's, then I'll reconsider, but I don't see any need or reason for 35's at this point. Also, warn M8000 is now installed!
