I saw an interview of that truck's owner at the kickoff party at the Portofino in Redondo Beach. He did a walk around that was an eye opener about the limitations of the current, readily available alternative fuel sources. The back was absolutely crammed full of big LP tanks. Even then, he said his range (from memory) was only about 150 miles. He had a big LP support truck around the corner following him along the route.
He's a true promoter, starry-eyed and full of optimism. To me it seemed about as practical as the guy in Telluride running his pickup on donut shop oil. At least that's probably more readily available than LP along the highway, and smells good, too. Nice paint job, though.
