Ok, before you say use the search button......I have a yakima system with the 48" crossbars and am thinking about mounting four piaa 520's up there (to match the ones on my brush guard) Anyways, on yakima's website there are some light mounting brackets listed under cargo rack accessories but they are made to mount on loadwarror baskets. I can attach the top part of mounting bracket to my crossbars but there is nothing to attach the bottom part of bracket to, without the loadwarrior basket. And no I don't wanna have to buy that just to mount the lights. I am wondering if just attaching the top would be stable enough? I could attach the bottom of the light mounts to just a plan bar to tie all four brackets together but there is still no way to attach the bar to anything at the bottom.
