Modular Grill Guard

I was looking to buy a Manik grill guard for my 00 4runner from performance products and noticed they have a one piece grill guard and a modular grill guard. The description for both of them are the same but the modular one is more expensive. Does anyone know the difference or recommend one of the two?

A one piece is just like it says...one piece...But a modular is usually three pieces. It consists of a middle piece, which protects the grill only, and the two side parts are able to come on and off (the parts that cover your headlights). I would recommend a one piece..its less to worry about and its good to have no parts that could start to move or fall off on a brush guard. But thats just my opinion, some people like switching back and forth between looks.
