Has anyone ordered from MegaZip Parts ? Is it legit ? Seems like they have what nobody else does. For example doing a manual trans rebuild and I’ve been searching for some internal parts - clips and the 5 gear retainer plate and looks like they have it when a google search showed nothing and it was a mention on a old post on this forum someone asked if they had tried MegaZip in their search for the particular part they were looking for.

Doesn't sound like a scam, just some false hopes. They have pretty much the world available on their site, they don't have anything near like that on hand, so they cancel orders after a while if they don't have the part.

 

Yup, just went through the same thing on my dads Subaru I just acquired, nobody had the part and I found it on a Subaru parts warehouse known to have some discontinued stuff, said it was in stock let me order and pay and two days later I was refunded and the part was labeled discontinued…next time I will call if that’s even a possibility.

I did end up getting the part from Amayama, the good part about them is you request it, they verify the part is on hand and calculate the shipping and costs and then you have the option to pay knowing you’ll get it

Yes, MegaZip is legit, but as mentioned, they show a lot more parts are available when they are not and will cancel your order.
