True. I've been down to SD and LA five or six times since this summer, and I swear every time I'm there, it DUMPS. Ya gotta admit, though...this year is way above average rainfall for SoCal. Sure is a lot prettier with the rain . And right after rain, you can actually see more than like a mile in LA

yeah it is more like an El nino winter. I do like how the rain cleans up everything, except it all goes in the ocean (not cool for surfers)

Cheapest I found the Wranglers for was Tirerack: for 31x10.5R15 $564 for 4 or 636.00 for 32x11.5s. Thats like 300 cheaper than les schwab. Sams can't seem to beat tirerack either. It'll cost 67.00 fror mount/balance at Big-O.

Also im looking at 15x8 steel rims black, cheapest I found was like $35.00 each. Les schwab also offers Siping at 11.50 a tire here. I've heard this voids goodyears warranty though, not sure if I'll do that.

The Kumho's are considerably more affordable. I've only found a few reviews on them, one was really interesting, this dude with a jeep tore the hell out of them running over cactus and never rototating etc and he loved em. Maby I'll do that instead.

I found Kumho's at tirerack.com for $114.00 each. Has anyone found them for less?

For anyone interested here's a review on jeepweb.com (yea I know a heep site, I figure a tire is a tire so a review is a review).

I couldn't find em cheaper and there's one a few miles away from where I live, I wonder if they'd charge me shipping of they had to order them.

I'm going to see what I can get them for at the local Discount Tire. I really like these tires and there much cheaper than BFG and GY.

Have you ever used Claws? Up here they are a staple and they totally rock in the mud and general trail use. We have more guys in my club running claws then swampers or boggers.

For a daily drivable MT I have a set of Hankook RT01s and I am super happy with them. They are quiet like an AT on the highway, wear great, are great offroad, and are faily cheap to boot.

BFGs suck. Never tried the Procomps but from everything I have read they aren't worth the cost.

I'm thinking 33x12.5x15 for my 4Runner. I have 31x9.5x15 BFG All Terrains on my trooper. I have some BFG street tires on my pickup. I have to say I'm happy with the BFG's on my other 2 rigs. From what I've heard about the BFG Muds I don't think I want them, the BFG all terrains kick a$$.
