Lower Control Arm

Hey everyone My camber and caster are really off and need to be fixed but i cant fix them cause my lower control arms are so worn out it wont adjust so i was wondering if i should buy new control arms or if i should buy just the bushings i dont know which i should look for thanks

Bump for the newb...

Brad, not tryin to sound too condesending, but it usually helps to have a few more details in your post, like year, model, etc.

After reading your profile, I see that you have an '89 4Runner, so that would be a 1st gen with the early IFS...SO does anyone have an answer?

First guess would be to try a junk yard, or find a fellow forum member who has recently done a solid-axle-swap on their 1st gen and still may have the old IFS parts lying around.
