Loud lifter tick after injector install

Hey guys, first of all just wanted to thank Martin at MotorWest Performance, the injectors seemed to have fixed my injector code issues!

I did the Denso performance injector replacements, changed out all new gaskets, new crush washers and a few new hoses as well, the car even started up after the initial crank and it only took me a the later part of yesterday and today to complete and I'm mostly happy. The power was severely lacking on this V6 and I didn't even know. Now it really seems to pull and there's no shuddering of hesitation any longer, I even tested it out by driving to LA, turning it off for a few mins and turned it back on, no shuddering at idle.

Now the downside though. One very noticeable thing is the lifter tick. It wasn't there before my install but now it is and it's very apparent, even inside. What could have caused it? Like I said it only sat about a day in all so it wouldn't have been gunk I don't think. Here's a video to show how apparent it is: https://photos.app.goo.gl/Pb3i17Uzq8Xa1Z4L7

I'm sure the video distorts the actual sound, but it sounds more like an air leak to me. Like when an air compressor has a blown out fitting...

Really? Cause that's the other issue I was going to try to tackle after this one, it also started after the new injectors but when I put the pedal down there is definitely a vacuum leak sound, almost like an intake but it's not the air aid tube I have installed and it's only for a second or two but then goes away.

It's hard to tell. I've listened to it half a dozen times and at this point I can't really distinguish between the two. The one thing on my mind though, is that it all started after the injector job. To me that means something was probably not reinstalled correctly. Beyond that, I don't think I can be much help. Hopefully a mastermind will come along!
