I think H2's are basically pointless vehicles. So - your 4runner kicks it!! I'd take a stock 4runner over the H2, but hyperlite, your runner is just plain bad as@!

Geez those H2's are ugly!

Who was the member on this board that sold his 2nd gen for an H2?

4Runner looks way better than the H2, is it me or does the H2 look a bit girly compared to the 'runner?

I've never cared for any oversize 4x4 that's driven on the street but the H2 is pretty off road capable than people think but still an overblown excuse to throw $$$ around.

POS mall-crawler H2. I dont like his rig just because of the way the snapper head parked...... It's because of jazzbags like that that you get to see some poor mother running 200 feet in the rain, carrying a newborn in her arms.

OR!!! My personal favorite...... he and his wife pay for their groceries w/ foodstamps, then drive to their apartment which is state subsidised and income based. We have a bunch of those here. One even drives a 'rover.

When i dont want anybody to park next to my K5, all i do is go park at the end of the row. I hate cockmongers who take up the first two spots in a row.

O, and nice runner.

hummer for me

lets not hate on the hummer... everyone here, if given the trucks for free would take the H2. i know i would because id drive it around for a few weeks then get tired of it and sell it and take the money and build my dream runner. hahhahahahah

although I think the H2 gets better gas mileage than my 2nd gen which gets 16.5 miles to a gal.......

anyways Id take the hummer no one can resist getting a Hummer for free (my favorite four letter F word)

dosent mean I'd abandon my runner

I would take just about any car for free, especially a new one. Lets see... a $58K H2, that's what? An SAS, big meats, nice wheels, custom paint, bobbed bed, roll cage, and some more leftover to get a street legal daily driver? I'd take an H2.... for a while.

I saw a guy in an H1 pass by me (opposite direction, and he was looking at my truck the entire time he went by. That's a compliment! Of course, I was looking at his Unfortunately his was bigger

It gets about half that. They don't have to have an EPA rating though, because they're into commercial weights, so there's no official rating.

Also, it has less room than the Suburban it's based on. It also has less clearance, is less capable, and is much harder to mod. Anyone that actually needs the space, towing capacity, and off-roadability gets a 4wd Suburban for a whole lot less money. Poseurs that need to flex their muscles in suburbia get H2s.

This is the correct answer.

I can see wanting an H1. I can't see any reason to want an H2...

You have 33x12.5s right? Awesome!

Doesnt the RB 2" BL cause problems with the tranny "stuff"?

I don't know about elsewhere but it seems like every time I see an H2 it is a woman driving it. Rich housewives I guess. Anyone else notice that?

Yea!, around here all I see are women driving them to pick up their kids at school or at the grocery store.

That is one bad looking 4Runner! I was thinking about 33x10.50's, but those 12.50's are making me think bad thoughts, hum bodylift, 33x12.50's, etc, etc.
