well guys Ive found two rigs so far.
1. a 91 SR5 runner w/ 2" lift ,bushwacker fender flares , basket rack , nerfs , rear tire carrier , 32" BFG ATs and 123,000 mi on it for 6995 $

2. a 90 runner its got 173,000 mi on it not 97,000 (dad needs glasses) completly stock for 4995 $

Both have no visable rust ( I didnt get to physical but from just walking around it I couldnt see any thing)
My question to you is this about how much would a lift ( I dont know what kind it is , but it is a suspension lift ) bushwacker fender flares basket rack and a rear tire carrier cost ? do you think It is worth the price diff ?
Also which would you rather have ?

This is just what I could gather from looking at them Im going to go meet w/ the people tomorrow so I might have more info then . I will get the VIN # from them and check on the head gasket recalls , any thing else I should get ?
Also is there any thing I should do/pay special attention to while driving them ?
THANKS ALOT

Take the lower-mileage, stock 4Runner. All the doo-dads can be bought, but you don't want to buy an engine.

It's also obvious that the modified 4Runner has been wheeled, but you don't know how it has been wheeled or maintained for that matter. 4Runners that see trail use have things that break, wear out and shake loose.

That 92 sounds pretty good however with a set up like that there's a possibility it's been wheeled some. IMO 123K is not that many miles. I paid 9500 for mine bone stock with 89K on it two years ago.
