go to http://www.imageshack.us/ and upload the pic. then copy and paste the first link on the page (it'll say its for forums) into the post and there ya go.

Webshots is a PITA now....I moved some of my stuff over to www.photobucket.com
They don't change the address on the photo so you can link to to easier.
1999runner, you need to go to the community page and navigate to it and link from there.
If you link when you edit the page it will error when others try to see the link.
