but theoretically, you should be able to get a set of custom grind cams for the 3.4L

hmm, i've never heard of a set of Cams for the 3.4L, but it's always possible!....i think.....not sure if the computer can accept a set of cams or not.

if it can, then they'll be 100% custom i believe, might be kinda hard to get everything just right, since it's a quad cam motor.
you can use cams from a 3vz-fe dual overhead cam in the 3.0 camry or lexus, you'll get a longer flatter torque curve and alot earlier, plus a little more top end

how long have you run those cams? and when you say top end, i'm guessing your talking torque? but have you lost any HP? and what is required when using these cams? adjust timing, etc? any threads or write-up articles on this? I'm interested to know more prior to putting them near my 5vz-fe with the luck i've been having lately haha

so what does the 3vz-fe and 3.0 camry/lexus motor twin cams have to do with putting cams in his 3.4L 5vz 4 cam motor?

stick with stock cams, new ones are expensive especially LCE's... $800 plus the kit to go with it is like $600 I think. Amazingly, for boosted applications, stock cams normally do better anyway! I was looking into 'performance' cams and after a bunch of searching, decided against them. Too much other crap to adjust with other than intended cams I think.

go with the supercharger if you want a little fun or take the money and turbo the motor instead.
