I want to remove my vavle body and sent it off to Level 10 this weekend, but I have no clue where to start. Does anyone have detailed instructions on what to do to get it out of my transmission? Pictures would be great too!

Go to my site and click the 4Runner Top Sites button and that will open a list of the Top 4Runner sites. Look for a site by NOTRUB. He has a write up on yanking out the valve body.
