Question Just recieved my 3.0 DOA studs! :)

After waiting since Sat, (Well, they went out monday) the studs have finally come. Now I can put the engine back together. It has been almost a month from when I first started tearing it down. Here's some questions for everyone though:

1. I bought Downey headers. Since the engine is out of the rig, should I put the headers on before putting it back in? (I think this is an obvious yes, just want to know others' input)

2. Should I prelube the engine before starting it? Through the sparkplug holes?

3. I need to ask Tim @ DOA this, other info is more than welcomed. What is the best way to install the studs into the block? Double nut them?

4. We'll see what happens trying to set the timming.
