Dad has a lexus gs400 2000

today he bought a 1999 4runner sr5 for 6000 (salvaged title but perfect down to frame)

so he gave me the old 89 runner sr5 which im very excited about...its about bone stock right now and still young with 116k miles and runs PERFECT no clutch slip or anything..new front fenders and tailgate..kinda rusty on the quaters but what else is new with these

anyways... i want to do some basic mods to this but as of now this is what i have..

running boards
silverstar headlamps
audio equpipment... yea thats it nothing much i know but there will be more

this is what i want to do

lift 3".. bigger tires when i need em
brushguard...cheap one would be nice
catback exhaust (needs it within 6 months)
some engine work..reccomendation on bang for buck stuff would be great

welcome, and it looks like you've got some good plans laid out for that thing...is it the v6 or the 4 banger?

whoops yea its a 6 only 115k miles also
