Well I finished my black pearl emblem painting last night- i love it! That gold package was god-awful. I have a long(ish) list of mods im planning on doing in the next month, and that was number one...

1. Brush guard- completed
2. Running board removal- completed
3. Pinstripe removal- completed
4. Front Window Tint- 15%- completed
5. Emblem Paint- completed
6. Bumper paint (black) and repaint brush guard- completed
7. Exhaust (Next friday)- completed (magnaflow)
8. 4WD spring install (early July)
9. Passenger and rear windows 5% tint- (early-mid July)
10. Deckplate (?) tbd...doubtful

I will take some pictures when I get home from work today of the emblems and keep yall updated as I get the list completed...Any Advice is Welcome on ideas for future mods as well as how-to on the ones I have decided to do...Cheers

Ok, people..help me out here with suggestions for new mods..(photoshop ) New 265/75 Wrangler AT/S are on the agenda as well.

well im fixin to go put the second coat of black on my bumpers...if anyone else is considering this mod...it is a PITA to do by yourself...especially when it is 105 outside... aside from sweating from every pore and allover the paint, everything seems to be going good...reassembly is going to be a mother...i'll post pictures tomorrow...

 

Well today I put the bumper and brush guard BACK on, and after one complete strip and re-do, I am FINISHED. This was a mofo to do... I will post pictures when i get back in town...I went down to my local spanish speaking muffler guy (b&G mufflers off of northwest highway in grapevine, for all you locals..) and i had him put a hole in my piping between the cat and the muffler before i get exhaust next week...haha its sounds rediculous...i really didnt know HOW loud it would be, or i wouldnt have done it...oh well its replacable and it was free...SPRING INSTALL NEXT!

Well after a week of driving and two wheeling trips, here are my newly painted bumpers. Notice the fresh scratch mods on the corners i added wednesday

Got my exhaust done today...Sounds good but it is hard to appreciate the difference vs. stock when ive been driving around with essentially no muffler for several weeks...I like it better this way, thats for sure. Now I can actually hear my music and talk on the phone again...As well as the return of some power. Def worth the $55 for the Magnaflow and the case of beer for the install.

 

In a few weeks Im gonna spring for a set of Revos and get my springs installed while they have it.
