OK... So I have searched many different times and cant find the exact thread I am looking for... I remember reading an ISR post with exact part numbers from either Rona or Home Depot. It was a 3rd get runner I think... It was a great thread and now for the life of me cant find it. Am I crazy? or has someone else read that thread??? Were is it and why cant I find it???

When I first did this, I pulled the intake tube off in the HD parking lot and just brought it in.

 

If you're thinking of doing the ISR mod....you should send it to me first for powder coating

 

I JUST saw your thread, and saw the tube, and started thinking about which color I should get my Airaid done in!

I'm literally running through the parts on my truck right now wondering what I could send you.

 

hmm.. the isr mod write ups that ive seen dont include replacing the tube, just plugging it .that seems like a simple piece. is there just two vacuum fittings connected to that? i've got a riced out shiny red intake tube (with what looks like a similar bend) sitting in my garage. maybe ill try to incorporate it. dont have any sorta bling under the hood.

but then again... a shiny red tube may look really awkward in my mudhole of an engine bay
