so you have no more stock reverse lights? why not just splice them into the reverse lights only that way there is no need for a switch, they just come on when you have it in reverse? I do like the cool date ejector button

Let me know about that Thule sticker if your interested.

Yah, i'm 16 too paying for all my stuff so I don't have much at all right now cause I paid for over half of the truck. (been saving up since i was little knowing that i would want to buy stuff for my car) but i'm planning on working a lot this summer so that I can have some extra money for the toyota. Also, i've been planning on doing that back-up light mod...I was considering cutting out the bumper and putting in "pop-in" lights that will fit in there but i like what you've done...what kind of lights are those...(i don't know if you already said)

Talking on the phone and driving at any age is a bad thing. Teens just have it bad because they have the tendency to text message when driving.

to clear up everything. i have them on BOTH, the reverse lights and a switch, so that they will come on when i reverse and also i can turn them on when on the trail and when someone is tailgating me at night, just flip them on and they don't do it anymore!

Sadly enough, they do. I've got a number of friends who have been in wrecks because of the phone. I'd hate to lose one for sure.

I agree, it is bad to do at any age, but I didn't want any of the 'older folk' on this forum to get angry at me.

Sorry to hijack your thread, but I felt it needed to be said.

Nice placement of the CB, Firestik, and reverse lights... same places that I have them

What kind of lights are those in the front? (the round ones).

Nice truck! I am also 16 and had to pay for almost all of my stuff. It makes you appreciate a lot more when you pay for it and build it up yourself! I have the same CB in the same spot and a 5ft firestick in the same spot. I also have a PA wired up to it, though I am about to get rid of it/ find a new spot when I get my new TJM.

I really like the backup light placement, I have a set of the $10 lights from cabella's I may mount there.

I'm 17 and pay for everything, nice rig though . Sometimes I wish I had a third gen, but then I remember how long it will take to pay my first gen off.
