Internet Sales

Hey everyone I just wanted to let you all know I am now the Internet Sales rep here for my department. If anyone wants anything off my site, http://parts@usatoyotaparts.com you can just enter the form information or email me directly. Please if you guys have suggestions on group buys or other ideas on my site listed above please let me know. I have a meeting on the 20th with our corporate office to head up internet sales as a new sales media. It has taken dealers this long to realize computers are where everything is going. Yotatech has been my original stomping grounds since I started here last year and I value all opinions from it. If anyone gets the chance please give my site a run through and do a parts order or two. I am thinking of having some changes made.

Gadget please give me a call direct about your new package. I have spoken with my manager and we may be able to help you market your new idea.

To the rest of the boys and girls on this site thanks for your continued support and your business.

Todd

Hey thanks for the hook-up I added the link to my favorites. Yes buying parts directly from the factory online is a better way to go if you know what you want.

Gumbo, yes I have techs that will take a look at it for you. For a complete run down though you might be looking at the cost of a 12 pack.

rah1420, I hear you and will be bringing that up at my meeting. Hell, from a marketing standpoint I don't even have Supras out there for God's sake! Seriously though you know you can email me directly or through my website.

Edge, I could be wrong but I haven't heard of an updated DVD for the Nav system yet. If you have point me in that direction and I can get you pricing.

Bomberyota, thanks for putting me in your favorites and I hope I will hear from you soon.

Todd,

Are those Black Pearl 4WD emblems the "stick-on" type or are they the kind that have a rivot thing that goes through the sheetmetal? I'm fixing to order new floor mats and one of those and some parts.

I just thought of something you could try to get your hands on for us.

Reverse Indiglo gauge (i prefer black face and blue text) for ALL 3rd gens, manual and automatic. What the possiblities? I know they'd sell if they were available. the problem with that group buy junk is that they aren't actually available until they get enough people and it is so limited to year and tranny that they're having probs drumming up enough chumps.

I ordered from Todd a 'iForceV8' emblem that was blackened pearl. I have it positioned under the '4Runner' emblem on the bum. Looks nice, and as always great service from Todd.

Keisur: I ordered all the emblems from Todd in the black pearl, looks sharp and definately unique. I have not seen another 4th generation with black pearls and now my 'iForceV8', I'm stylin.

Todd: My career is spent getting Fortune 1,000 corporations to embrace and utilize the benefits of eCommerce and EDI in their procurement and software platforms. It is good to see you and TOR embrace the internet as a marketing, sales and service tool. It will eliminate human mistakes on ordering and provide you with a medium that is instantly updatable and rarely obsolete, unlike traditional printed material.

I will take a stab at it in my meeting with my manager. It is hard to promote and sell certain things though so we will see. Right now we are concentrating on lowering prices from TRD. If we can manage to do this then it would be a miracle, but I think we might just be able to do it with what we have up our sleeve.

On the 4WD emblem they have a double adhesive tape that is cut to all the letters.

Hi TOR,

I have a favor to ask. Could you give me the part #'s for the exhaust manifold of 4.7L V8 Tundra and a 4.7L V8 4runner. I am wondering if Toyota was smart and used the same manifolds. Thanks, if they match, I might be buying some from you.

Mine came stock with black pearl emblems so if you've seen pics of mine than you have seen another with them . EDIT: sorry, I just reread the post and saw you said 4th.

Unfortunately in '98 they decided it wasn't important to put the 4WD on the rear or the V6 on the grill so I want to get them. Not sure I want to go with the V8 stuff since it's not really in there ,

Oh yea, I didn't request for the T100's cause I don't have one

no worries from me, only the overly anal people get mad about that. The only thing that gets me is when somebody posts about 10 pics, each one in their own post all in a cute row!
