I'm probably in the dark and all but did anyone figure out how to properly do the intake silencer removal on a 96-98 yet? I know we can do it on a 2000+ and older models, but no one has really mentioned anything about 96-98's.

I know this was posted several times both here and over on 4x4Wire. The first page is for the 99-02 trucks and Page 2 is for the 96-98 trucks.

Please print out the article, along with the pictures, and read it a few times before asking questions. Take it out to your truck, pop the hood and study the pictures and text so you have a good understanding of what it is we are doing.
