installing spark plugs on 2002 3.4 v6 tacoma

hey guys what are some things to look for in changing the spark plugs in a 2002 3.4v6 tacoma? one side has the elect coils and the other is just wires. i know i have to take off the air intake tube just to get to one plug but as for the coils what do i need to look out for? thanks guys

Here's a good writeup for you on changing the plugs:

......you might want to look at the other 4 pages of maintenance items as well.

real easy to do just take a 10mm wrench undo the bolts on the coil pull it up then grab a long extension and use a spark plug socket remove the old plug and when putting the new ones in just get it started with the spark plug socket then remove it and swap it for a regular metric socket
