Got some time to install my polyurethane low pro bumpstops and endlink bushings today. I have all the sway bar bushings too but couldn't get the endlink bolt loose to take the rear one apart. Didn't try real hard though. Another days project. Curious to see if I can get anymore travel out of the front end now. Going to go out wheeling tomorrow to try it out. The bumpstops were a major pain to get off. In fact I had to leave one because I rounded off the nut on it. Gotta go find me a 12 point socket in the morning to finish removing it. If you do this mod make sure and spray everything down with penetrating oil the night before it'll make your day go alot easier. These parts are made my energy suspension and I got them from Summit Racing. Here's a couple pics

 

Hey, i just ordered my polyurethane bushings for my sway bar a couple days ago. Gona install them next week. I hope they help. I have a factory sway bar, but the bushings on both sides are broken, so i think this will help.

 

Sounds just like my bumpstop replacement experience. I had one that I almost completely rounded off into a circle, but somehow I got it off. Good luck with the last one!

 

If your rubber endlink bushings have taken a set, and they will, then the poly bushings will tighten up the feeling you get but that is about it. Are the bump stops a lower profile than OE?

 

Many mods yes the bumpstops are alot smaller than the factory ones. The factory ones are about 1 3/8" and the new ones are 11/16" I did some flexing today and I am getting a wee bit more travel out of the IFS. Not very much but may be just enough to get me up a hill or through a crossditch sometime.
