I have found a 96 4runner, i believe limited. Its manual and has 195000 miles. How much longer will the engine survive? How much does it cost to rebuild a toyota engine (v6). The guy is asking 6000, but i know it can go for less. Would it be worth to low ball him then rebuild/replace the engine?

 

If the engine has been taken care of there is a good chance of getting a lot more mileage out of it. Get it and drive it untill it breaks... dont fix something that isnt broke!
