I'm in!! 2002 4runner limited Pearl!!!

Wahsssup my fellow Toyota brutha's and sista's,
Just got my SUV a couple of month ago.. and finally getting around to joining this forum.. I never thought i would find a good deal on my ride.. but it was pretty decent.. can't complain.. car is immaculate w/ only 17k miles.. I think i paid a bit more than the car's worth.. but I think the color itself makes the ride more 'personable'?? But anyways, I know this subject's been beaten to death.. but I was wondering about 'Skid Plate' thats on the 2002 SR5 sport edition.. I love that look.. and want to get it.. i found the part number for it..PZ327-35010 from a Toyota dealership which wanted 650 bucks for it which i think its kinda ridiculous.... and also confirmed the correct part number w/ some of the thread here in yotatech.. Now, my question is... do anyone know where I can buy this part cheaper? The tacoma one only cost bout 100-150... so I wouldn't think the 4runner should cost 400% more... I guess any feedback is greeeeatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum!

I can't really help you with the skid plate question, but if I recall....
There was a group buy to get those skids for $120 or so, but I think its over.

By the way

Good luck. I've got one and it looks cool. It serves absolutely NO purpose, but who cares?

Welcome to the forum. I got my skid from ebay about a year ago and still love the look(even though it wouldn't stand up to any rock).

These links are for Tundra and Sequoia Skid Plates. Can anyone confirm that they will fit a 2000 4-Runner?

Welcome to the board.

I'd love to see pics! I've sonly seen a very few of those all white limiteds with white cladding, sharp!

You other option for a skid plate is the Jaos version. It goes overtop of your current stock plate.

At the very bottom.

I think you'll have to get one for a 2002 4Runner or Tacoma for it to fit.

My fellow yota's,
Thanks for the information... and thanks for rolling out the welcome mat... I'll definitely take some picture of my ride.. I had pics..but had deleted them... need to retake some good pics... my suv feels kinda plain compare to what y'all did to your ride.. kinda envious now.. but give me time.. I'll catch up.. slowly.. haha.. I'll load some pics asap..

Thanks!!.. I think the only skid plate that'll fit my ride is the 02 4runner sport edition..
