Idle down slowly
I've had a continuing problem with my 1997 2.7L.
It has always idled down slowly.
It stays at around 1000rpm for 3-4 sec. then slowly drops to 700rpm (where it should be).
Anyone have this same problem?
TPS and IAC seem fine. No vacuum leaks either.
TB is clean.

Had a similar problem with my '95 22re. Actually, mine would almost never drop back to normal idle. Turns out it was the dashpot on the side of the throttle body. Got me some silicone lube spray and lubed it under the rubber boot. That makes it better for a while. Gotta keep it up, though.
