Anyone know how to take the IACV completely out of the throttle body of a 3.0? I want to look at it and clean it but don't have a clue on how it is supposed to come out. Any help greatly appreciated!

I have to clean it every 200 miles or so. it likes to chug sometimes and after chugging it just loses power and putters out the exhaust. now it only putters after running it for about 15 minutes then shutting it off for 10 minutes or so. when i start it...hardly any power and after i run it for a few minutes it seems to open back up and run smoothe. after all this...i clean it with throttle body cleaner and it seems to run fine after that for another 200 miles or so. also noticed a strong fuel odor in my oil. oil looks fine tho and it doesn't smoke at all. when it runs good it has plenty of power til it starts acting up. i heard the iacv has like rubber or something behind it to make a seal and when this deteriorates then it starts messing with the power. oh...also when it acts up it drops about 300-400 rpms.
