Lightbulb

I was dreading the fuel filter when I went to change it on my 4Runner. This weekend I tore the front end apart and while doing so found a neat little panel with 4 bolts over the right upper control arm. Upon closer looking, instant access to both the oil filter AND the fuel filter.....

Guess what got changed when I got the front end back together.

Why does Toyota sell them in the parts department if they are lifetime. Total Bs.
