Anyone have any info on a hybrid Highlander in 2005? Just rumor?

Can you imagine people super tunning these cars in the future? All they are going to need is a lap top. Makes you wounder what the upgrades will be for this sort of stuff, I can't imagine walking into pep boys and ordering a bigger electric motor for my Hybrid rock crawler..lol

I read a article this mornin while in my office about propane running cars and trucks. I have a old 1980 toyota that I am going to make a rock buggy. I thought that would be a way cool way to do it?
