How to replace little triangle window in door?

How to replace little triangle window in door?
I tried to edit the title on my other thread but it didnt work.
Anyway, I found a new piece of glass (the little triangle on the right rear door). My question is how hard is it to replace? Do I need special tools? Silicone it in place? Looks pretty simple but I'd love to hear from someone who has replaced windows before.
