How often to you change your Oils?

I looked up the Transmission Fluid capacities (for 2002 Tacoma) and it
differs depending on which auto-transmission you have:

A340E Capacity 7.6 qts Drain Pan 1.7 qts (22% changed with drain and fill)
A340F Capacity 10.7 qts Drain Pan 2.1 qts (20% changed with drain and fill)
A44D Capacity 6.9 qts Drain Pan 2.5 qts (36% changed with drain and fill)

I'm not sure which one I have yet, I'll have to crawl under my truck again. But
at least this gives me an idea of how many times I'll need to drain and fill before
I sufficiently dilute the old transmission fluid.

You can mix synthetics and dino oils. Just another myth. The same guys that tell you this change their syn oil every 3K miles.
