Dont forget the extra 5 minutes it takes to push the pistons back in so you can fit the thicker pads.

Do you have a 4x4 or 4x2. I only ask cause if your doing the rotors you might as well replace the wheel bearings. It might not matter weather its 4x4 or 4x2.Butif your down there might as well get it done. Bearings w/ races ran me about $75 for timiken brand. Rotors were about $28-$30 a peice at autozone. Brakes were about $35 also auto zone. I just did the work my self saved me that extra $400 +. As for your axle seal, how much time are you willing to put into it.
You have a 94 4Runner. A 2nd gen. Totally different setup. This is the 3rd gen 4Runner forum. 3rd gen 4Runners have sealed wheel bearings and different style rotors. The wheel bearings have to be pressed on and off. Not as easy as the old style tapered wheel bearings.

Actually, it didn't take me long at all. All that was required was pliers and about 1-2 good squeezes and they were pushed back (duct taped the pliers so as to not damage the pistons). Make sure your MBC is open.

Something to keep in mind, if the seals have been leaking long enough or are leaking bad, your rear shoes will be soaked with gear oil. They will need replacing, too. I helped out replacing the seals on mine and the shoes were completely ruined. I bought rear brakes before the seal replacement just in case.
Helping the mechanic after hours, I had both rear seals and brakes done for $220 out the door.
