Is the rear of your runner filled with a lot of weight?

my 90 runner has 218k miles on stock suspension. I don't bottom out on anything though. I have towed a trailer with all my furniture to fill a small apartment but it didn't bottom out either. it did sag a lot. there is some sagging now on the rear, the ride is kinda like riding an old 1980 land yaht...big caddilacs. over a dip on the freeway and it's a nice rollercoaster ride. Looking into a procomp setup sometime soon
