nfrantz007 - this is so red-neck I hate to even admit I did this....but the results were interesting. I went to the junkyard and cut a resonator off a 04 4Runner with a 4.0. Using a female/female exhaust coupler (and some Yankee ingenuity) I u-clamped it onto the end of my exhaust and took a drive. I would say 80% of the droning was gone. I'm going to spend some time today analyzing power loss (if any),where I could mount it, and what heat shielding it might need. Total investment so far is $5.
