Horrible Gas Mileage 4-5 Mpg!

hum, once again, it shouldnt be that bad... my 1990 runner with a 3.0 had stock gears and 35's and i was getting a little more than 13mpg. i have no mopre input as all ideas have been said, so yeah. try them all except the regearing
