one of the horns in my 2nd generation runner doesnt work now for some reason. anyone have this problem happen to them.

Bad horn, replace it with Fiamm highway Blasters. I just did mine. You might want to check the connections too.

 

yea everything electical goes bad eventually..especially with british cars...a few of you know what im talking about....All you need is a quick trip to pep boys or advanced auto or any of those stores to pick up a horn. Should be self explanatory to install....I would prefer the stock 4runner horn though..it has a comic value that just always makes me laugh everytime i get angry in traffic

how difficult was it to install those horns. are they simply plug and play or did you have to have a relay and wire some stuff up like how corey did in his tech write up

 

I did the same thing, and mine were plug and play.
Just had to wire up the 2nd horn, but that's easy.

 

I've been thinking about getting the Fiamm Horns too...sounds like they are a pretty easy install doink, just remove the grill and they should be pretty easy...or so I've heard.

In retrospect it would have been easier though I was just being lazy.
