Horn doesn't work.

Just moved to Texas and I am going to have to get my horn working to pass inspection. The fuse is good, 4 ways work, cruise control works, kind of at a loss where to start to diagnose. Any help would be great!

Find the horn and trace the wires back to find a plug. Unplug it and test if your getting power to it. That's what I would do

Might the the horn relay (behind the inside fuse block - hard to get to).
Might be the switch (behind the air bag - even harder to get to)
