Anyone know if I should buy this one or know of a better company? Also, do I need to replace ANYTHING else when putting in a high power output alternator?

Thanks A LOT, much appreciated!
I just installed a GM cs144 in my 98 4runner, not sure it will fit in your pickup but I would research that as a high quality higher amperage replacement alternator.
Over the years I have had a few high amp alts in various vehicles and none really stood the test of time.

P.s. this is a 12 yr old thread....
