Also there is no plug in the dash for it

Hard to tell from that angle.

It looks like it mounts with two self-taping screws.

I don't know how it mounts in I bought a oem toyota a/c kit and everything else had the plug to plug it in and when I took that out to see where it goes I did not see a connecter to even plug that in
